At Gears Adda, we strive to provide high-quality adventure gear and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
📦 1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- It is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- Unboxing video of package received by our customer is mandatory
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
- Items offered on a discount will be considered to be final sale items
🔄 3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at care@gearsadda.in
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for self-shipping
💰 4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
🔁 5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged product
Exchange is subject to product availability.

- Free return pickup for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- For other returns, shipping charges may apply

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Inform us within 12 hours of delivery
- Share images/videos for verification (Unboxing video of package is mandatory)
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (you may request a return after delivery)
